  • All of my packages are priced to include a planning meeting, professionally edited images, a private online gallery, and downloadable high-resolution photos — the consistent essentials that make your experience smooth and the final images ready to share and print. What varies between packages is simply the amount of time we spend together during the session and the number of final images you receive, so you can choose the option that best matches your needs without worrying about hidden fees or missing deliverables.

  • I don’t believe in capping the number of photos I deliver — if it’s a meaningful, well-crafted image that represents you and your session, you’ll receive it. While every session is unique, a good guideline is roughly 100–120 final images per hour; family sessions typically yield 50–80 thoughtful frames, and wedding galleries most often fall in the 500–1,000 range. My focus is on quality and authentic representation rather than arbitrary limits, so you get a full collection that tells the story of your day.

  • Once you decide you’d like to hire me as your photographer, send a message or give me a call and we’ll schedule a planning meeting to go over your session expectations — location, wardrobe, timing, special requests, and any other details that matter to you. After you’ve paid the deposit, I’ll email a simple contract for your signature; once that’s returned and we pick a date, you’re officially booked. From there I’ll keep in touch with reminders and tips so your session goes smoothly and exactly how you imagined.

  • Yes! I actually schedule build-in payments for all of my sessions. When you book you will pay a reservation/retainer fee which applies to your total session fee. (This is 50% for all sessions other than weddings which is $500).
    If you book a wedding with me, your first retainer payment is $500 to hold your date, then 50% of the remaining total is due a month before your wedding, and the remainder of your total is due when your final gallery is delivered to you.

OTHER QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

If I book an engagement session, do I get a discount if I also use you for my wedding?

Absolutely! Your engagement session fee will be discounted from your total wedding package fee.

Do I get a discount if I don’t utilize my free engagement session when I book my wedding with you?

I highly suggest doing your engagement session with me as it’s an awesome chance for us to meet and jive before your wedding so I get a sense of who you are as a couple, and you get a chance to see how I work.

I am awful at styling, will you help me plan what to wear for my shoot?

I’m happy to offer suggestions on color palette and clothing for your session.

Do you do newborn photos?

This is the one service I don’t offer. Despite having a kiddo of my own, it is SO hard to take newborn photos. Posing them is an art form and it’s just not something I can do well.

What is a Lifestyle Session?

These are so fun! I get to come into your home and be a fly on the wall and photograph some fun and natural moments between you and your family

Do you charge travel fees?

Not usually. If your session is more than an hour and a half outside Castle Rock a 5% fee will apply

What are your views on social issues?

I believe that everyone is unique and deserves to be celebrated. I am pro equality, diversity, and inclusion.
